A Safety Coordinator for Irby Construction Company (Legend Foundation Services) should possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Safety and/or Training field and a minimum of two (2) years of continuous Powerline Foundation Installation/construction and maintenance experience. Such an employee should also have in depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards. THIS JOB OPENING IS FOR FL, GA, North and South Carolina.

PROJECT CONTROL SPECIALIST
Project Control Specialist
The Project Controls Specialist at Irby Construction Company supports the successful execution of large-scale utility projects by implementing and maintaining systems to monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics. This role ensures alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements and serves as a key liaison between project management, subcontractors, and vendors.

CORPORATE SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Corporate Senior Estimator
As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the estimating process for large, complex electrical infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost assessments while mentoring Estimator 1 and 2 level team members and collaborating with field estimators, project managers, operations, and subcontractors. You will leverage your deep expertise in estimating techniques, tools, and industry practices to ensure the success of Irby’s bids and proposals.
This role requires advanced technical knowledge, the ability to analyze risk, and strong leadership and relational skills to guide both internal teams and subcontractors through the bidding process.
Location/Travel Requirements: Position is based in Irby’s Richland, MS, Corporate office with approximately 10% travel.

SUBSTATION PROJECT MANAGER
Substation Project Manager
Substation Project Manager at Irby Construction Company shall possess a minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years of substation construction experience. The individual will possess all the skills required for assignment as a Project Manager for any craft within his/her area of responsibility. FIELD MECHANIC
Field Mechanic
Mechanics at Irby Construction Company will operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in-field repairs on various brands of construction equipment. This will include diagnosing, parts ordering, technical report writing, maintaining care of company assets, and proper communication with others. This individual must be able to perform quality work as efficiently and profitably as possible. May require overtime, overnight stay, and occasional weekend work.

Transmission Superintendent

Substation Foreman at Irby Construction Company shall possess a minimum of one (4) years of experience in a Journeymen electrical role. Substation, Commercial, or Industrial construction Journeymen electrical experience is a plus. Journeymen electricians must have a valid journeymen electrician card or be able to pass the Journeymen electricians test per government standards. The individual will possess all of the skills required for assignment from the foreman for complete electrical installations. Such an employee shall also have in depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards, as well as the National Electrical Code. THIS JOB IS FOR TEXAS FOR SEVERAL LOCATIONS.

Journeyman Lineman Foreman (Transmission)
A Journeyman Lineman Foreman (Transmission) at Irby Construction Company oversees a team of linemen in the construction, maintenance, and repair of power lines and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project completion according to company standards. Journeyman Linemen shall have a working knowledge of all aspects of substation/line work and have the capability and expertise to work independently if required.
