Scope of Services
Our scope of work is turnkey. Our work covers the complete gamut from foundations to delivery including transmission, substations, distribution, emergency restoration, and ancillary services such as telecommunications and outdoor lighting. Above ground and underground, Irby crews are currently working in ## states on both long-term and project-based contracts.
Irby clients include the nation’s largest investor-owned power providers as well as municipalities and cooperatives.

SAFETY MANAGER, TRANSMISSION, FLORIDA
We are seeking well-qualified candidates for the position of Safety Manager to support Transmission Powerline Construction. The Field Safety Manager will be based in Cocoa, FL, and will support operations throughout Florida.
Employees in this personnel classification should possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Safety and/or Training field and a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of continuous Electric Transmission and/ or Substation construction and maintenance experience. Such an employee should also have in-depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards.
JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN, TRANSMISSION
Journeyman lineman will be expected to build, maintain, and repair overhead transmission lines using approved standards under the direction of the Crew Foreman. Responsible for safe operation of equipment and operations on digger trucks (line trucks) and bucket trucks in order to construct and maintain electrical systems of de-energized overhead transmission lines.
SAFETY MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION, MISSISSIPPI
We are seeking well-qualified candidates for the position of Safety Manager to support Distribution Powerline Construction. The Field Safety Manager will be based in Mississippi.
JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN, DISTRIBUTION
Journeymen lineman will be expected to safely perform all associated tasks with the construction and maintenance of all overhead and underground facilities. They must be able to safely troubleshoot and repair all distribution circuits and equipment.
