REGIONAL FLEET MANAGER
Regional Fleet Manager
As the Regional Fleet Manager for Irby Construction Company, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operations of our equipment fleet to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective utilization. Working closely with Irby’s centralized corporate equipment operations, you will serve as a liaison between the Texas region and corporate, managing equipment logistics, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
NOTE: This role will be based in Lockhart, TX, but will require extensive travel throughout the Texas region, and potentially relocation depending on worksite locations.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Assistant Project Manager
An Assistant Project Manager at Irby Construction Company is responsible for assisting with overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and controls, and providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The responsibilities for this role span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management; project planning, contract administration, and cost, time, quality, and safety management while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN - TRANSMISSION
Journeyman Lineman – Transmission
A Journeyman Lineman at Irby Construction Company classification will have 2 years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman with experience in substation, line construction, and/or maintenance. Journeyman Linemen shall have a working knowledge of all aspects of substation/line work and have the capability and expertise to work independently if required.

JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN - DISTRIBUTION
Journeyman Lineman – Distribution
A Journeyman Lineman at Irby Construction Company classification will have received their training in an approved forty-two (42) month apprenticeship program or a certified testing program or must have five (5) years of continuous substation/line construction/maintenance experience. Journeyman Linemen shall have a working knowledge of all aspects of substation/line work and have the capability and expertise to work independently if required.

HR GENERALIST
HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and maintained effectively. The role involves a mix of administrative duties and strategic initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Generalist works closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment and support the company’s HR goals.
Location: Richland, MS
