Introducing Gabby Navarro...Gabby started her career with Irby Construction right out of high school in 2011, beginning in the field and spending five years learning the trade before moving into the office. Early on, she was the only woman on a 15-person crew, a challenge she turned into motivation. “I saw it as an opportunity to prove myself and grow in the industry.”While in the field, Gabby worked primarily on the fleet side but also gained hands-on experience with wire stringing, pole setting, and material receiving. Over time, she earned the crew’s respect and continued pushing herself to learn more.“My ‘why’ with Irby is easy: the culture of continuous improvement and strong support system.
