Field Operators + Laborers

Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana

Legend Foundations Services, a division of Irby Construction Company, is looking to hire multiple Field Equipment Operators and Laborers. As an Equipment Operator, tasks include but are not limited to operating heavy machinery, performing daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safety and functionality, and excavating, moving, and grading materials to meet project specifications. As a Field Laborer, tasks include but are not limited to performing manual labor, including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating hand tools, and maintaining a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and waste materials. Skills + Certifications

  • CDL is a plus but not required
  • Transmission foundation drilling experience is a plus but also not required
