Safety coordinators: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas
Required for Position – 1 of the 3 below
College degree in safety-related field and at least two years demonstrable safety management related experience
–OR–
Minimum 5 years of increasing responsibility in professional, technical, safety management and/or electric utility operations experience
–OR–
Recognized Safety Certification (examples below)
- CSP
- CHST
- CUSP
- Others accepted upon approval
- COSS – NOT accepted.
Preferred Requirements – 1 or more the below
- 10 years or more Transmission Line construction / maintenance experience.
- Former Supervision or Leadership position
- DOL Journeyman Transmission Lineman
- Senior Level Operator
- Crane Certified
- Heavy Equipment Experience
- Steel Erection Experience (Texas)
- Bilingual – Spanish / English (Texas)
- OSHA 500
