Today marks the start of Construction Suicide Prevention Week (CSPW), a cause born from an undeniable and heartbreaking trend: the truly alarming rates of suicide and mental health struggles within our industry.

Today is also the third annual National CSPW Stand-Down, a moment of remembrance to honor all lives lost to suicide and recommit ourselves to preventing further loss of life. Join us at 1:50 PM CT as we stand together in this fight.

Today, on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, Irby Construction would like to ask you to pause and remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders and extraordinary citizens who ran toward danger to help others.
Twenty-five years have passed, but the weight of that day remains. We honor those who were taken from us at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and aboard Flight 93, and we remember the strength and unity shown by our nation in the days that followed.
May we never forget their lives, their sacrifice, or the responsibility we share to stand together.
