The Regional Office Manager – Operations & Finance is a leadership role responsible for overseeing office operations, financial reporting, process improvement, and administrative team management in a fast-paced, field-based utility construction environment. This position serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and strong administrative support across transmission projects statewide.
This role requires a highly analytical, financially astute, and process-driven leader capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting a large workforce and dynamic operational demands.

SUBSTATION ESTIMATOR MANAGER
Substation Estimator Manager
A Substation Estimator Manager at Irby Construction Company will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple substation construction projects in Oklahoma and Texas. This position will require daily management, supervision, and coordination in the estimating phase of the projects. Shall possess a minimum of four years of estimating experience. The individual will possess all the skills required for the assignment as a Substation Estimator Manager for any craft within his/her area of responsibility. Such an employee shall also have in depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret project specifications, drawings, and bid documents. SUBSTATION QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL
Substation Quality Assurance/Quality Control
A QA/QC employee at Irby Construction Company oversees, monitors, tests, and reports on construction activities per the Civil design drawings and specifications, as well as structural project-related activities, and ensures construction is meeting all requirements. Will provide for effective measures to ensure construction work and materials are in strict compliance with utility standards, engineering specifications, and compliance requirements. Employees in this personnel classification shall possess a minimum of four to eight (4-8) years of substation construction experience. Such an employee shall also have in-depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards.

SR. PROJECT SCHEDULER
Sr. Project Scheduler
The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing scheduling support functions, serving as the primary point of contact for Irby’s project schedules. This role involves developing integrated project schedules, maintaining schedules regularly, updating progress with consistent reporting, enforcing standards and best practices, coordinating with counterparts for both owners and subcontractors, and providing functional scheduling to support project needs. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and developing schedules in both MS Project and Primavera P6, supporting the Project Manager and construction teams by providing insights and analysis on progress and performance against these schedules.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for the administration, coordination, and oversight of human resources functions with an emphasis on benefits administration, compliance, and employee support. This role partners closely with HR leadership, payroll, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs, while also supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. Payroll Specialist
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly, multi-state payroll for a large employee population. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, manages employee deductions and garnishments, supports tax reporting and filings, and serves as a key resource for payroll-related inquiries. The Payroll Specialist works closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Director of Substations
The Director of Substations at Irby Construction Company provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for Irby’s substation business, overseeing the performance and results of all substation engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance activities. This role is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost performance, workforce development, and client satisfaction across multiple projects and programs.
The Director leads through Project Managers and Substation Superintendents, establishes standardized execution practices, and ensures alignment with Irby and Quanta objectives while driving growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the substation portfolio.

Substation, Commercial, or Industrial construction Journeymen electrical experience is a plus. Journeymen electricians must have a valid journeymen electrician card or be able to pass the Journeymen electricians test per government standards. The individual will possess all of the skills required for assignment from the foreman for complete electrical installations. Such an employee shall also have in depth knowledge of all applicable OSHA codes and standards, as well as the National Electrical Code. THIS JOB IS FOR TEXAS FOR SEVERAL LOCATIONS.
